Truly enjoyed my stay. It was a wonderful stay on a business trip. The staff was absolutely kind and outstandingly accommodating and everything was very good. The location was amazing, quite close to a performing arts theater.

The location is beautiful, a few steps away from city centre. The employees are all amazing friendly. The breakfast has gorgeous and delicious options with warm toasted bread and orange juice, as example.

Everything was fantastic, so were lovely views over lake. Room was reasonably large with a safe, central heating, and an iron. The staff were amazingly kind and outstandingly accommodating! There was a lovely bar on site.

I did not want to leave and would definitely go back. The food was delicious, drinks were hot. The staff was approaching, as well as hostess. The hotel was in a very central setting to the ferries. I had some drinks at The Arts Bar & Grill, positioned 100 metres away.

The breakfast was delicious and good, the staff were attentive. My room included multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a seating area. The hotel was in a very central location close to all shops and restaurants. Stayed there for weekend and had a relaxing experience, so I would definitely come back.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and well-maintained room. Stunning setting in the very comfortable area, close to restaurants, shops and the ferry, the lake, bars and restaurants, and centre of town. Easy walk to an arts theater.

We had a very pleasant stay at Bowness Bay Suites. The location was fantastic, with easy access to all amenities. The view of the lake from our room was great and we enjoyed opening the French doors onto the juliette balcony. The breakfast tray brought to our room each morning was a lovely touch, with warm fresh croissants and a variety of options. The bed was comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. we would highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful and enjoyable experience.
